At Home Workouts

Regular exercise helps many of our members manage stress, improve their health, and further their fitness goals. Our facilities are also a place to meet friends and maintain a community. To support our community in maintaining their health and wellness from home or on the go, UFC GYM offers options to support home workouts.

Our Online Personal Training program pairs convenience, flexibility, and personalization with access to cutting-edge training techniques. Regardless of athletic ability, your coach will design a program for you and your goals. Online personal training is a live, 1-on-1 experience. It just requires access to a camera and microphone enabled device that can connect to Wi-Fi.

For those that prefer group workout classes, we now offer the option to tap into our unique class experience wherever and whenever you want. From live classes to video on demand, get the benefits of MMA-inspired fitness from the comfort of home – or wherever your travel and schedule finds you – when you become a BOX.HIIT.LIVE virtual member, or add it to an existing membership. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FROM OUR COMMUNITY

  1. Is my club closed?

    UFC GYM has locations throughout the United States and around the world. Please click here to find your club and check their current status.

  2. When will my club re-open?

    Many of our clubs located in the United States have reopened. Clubs will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to re-opening and ongoing cleaning measures will be in place. Our locations around the world will continue to monitor the situation, as well as follow the guidelines, instructions, and recommendations of public health officials in the local markets. If your region is closed, we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as it is safe to do so.   3. What happens with my membership?

    At our US corporate managed clubs, membership billing frequency will continue through March 31st. If we are unable to reopen our clubs by April 1, 2020, monthly billing will be automatically frozen. All prepaid memberships will be frozen. Prepaid memberships will be extended to cover the time of the closure. Personal Training and Recovery sessions will be available to you when we reopen. The expiration date on packages or sessions will be extended to cover the time of the closure.

  4. What if I have additional questions about the status of my membership?

    If you are a member of one of our corporate managed clubs and have additional questions or require further support, please contact the General Manager of your home club via email, or by calling between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time.
